To make sure that you are completely satisfied we offer an easy return within 14 days of the purchase date. This is applicable only if the products are returned unused and in its original condition.

The shipping cost of returning the product to us will be borne by you. We will issue a 100% refund on the cost of the item excluding shipping charges or any applicable taxes that was borne by us for your shipment, as soon as we receive it in our warehouse.

In the case items that are damaged due to misuse are not covered under any warranty.

Damaged on arrival –

We pack the products with utmost care and ensure that sufficient packaging materials are used for packaging the products, nevertheless there might be a situation that you may receive damaged product due to mishandling of parcels by courier companies.

For such events we take complete ownership of the damages so occurring.

If you receive damaged products, we will replace them at no additional cost or refund the price to you, whichever you prefer. We will only offer this compensation if the damage is reported with proof (a picture or video) within 24 hours of package delivery.

Delays in transit

We dispatch all orders within 2 working days using renowned and trustworthy carriers & courier companies. While majority of the shipments are delivered within the suggested timelines, there could be some exceptional circumstances where the shipments get delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. In such kind of situation we make all attempts to reach out to you and inform you about the delays. In case we have not done so, we would request you to please have patient and we are going to resolve the concerns with the carrier courier companies.

Loss of shipment during transit

In case any carrier report loss of shipments during transit, you are entitled for full refund of your product and the shipping cost you have paid.

Process to report Return, Damaged, Delays or Non Arrival of your order

The refund amount whenever granted will be refunded through the same channel through which the original purchase was made.

We would like to highlight here that under no circumstances will our liabilities be more than the purchase value and we are obliged to refund and replace products to the value matching with your original purchase only.
